1 1/2 kilos floor chuck
three/four cup fresh bread crumbs
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced

FOR SANDWICHES:

Preheat oven to 350�. Line baking sheet with foil and set apart (for less complicated easy up).
In a mixing bowl, upload all the meatball components. mix gently with your arms till well combined. the use of a medium cookie scoop (about 2 tablespoons), scoop out rounds of meat and shape into balls. vicinity on baking sheet.
