sixteen sea scallops
sixteen shrimp peeled and deveined
Canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
half teaspoon floor black pepper
Zest of one lemon

Preheat indoor or out of doors grill.
Thread the scallops, shrimp to skewers. Brush all with canola oil and sprinkle with the salt, pepper and lemon zest.
