Smoothie
eight bananas, peeled
four cups pumpkin puree
12 tsbp maple syrup
eight tsp pumpkin pie spice can sub apple pie spice
1 tsp sea salt
2 1/2 cups coconut milk, vanilla unsweetened
Topping
eight oz. pecans
eight tbsp coconut flakes
eight tbsp chopped date pieces
8 tsp hemp seed
instructions
In a huge blender/food processor, combination all smoothie ingredients until smooth.

mix up the topping and keep in a glass jar.

Freeze smoothie for later use or kick back as a minimum an hour earlier than eating.
