Recipes...Chili with Black Beans yummy

ingredients

2-three tablespoons olive oil
1 white onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced

1 pink bell pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
1 half kilos ground pork, I advise licensed Angus pork emblem
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon beaten purple pepper flakes or to taste
1 teaspoon salt
2 26-ounce bins Pomi chopped tomatoes
1 28-ounce can San Marzano entire tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
1-2 15-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
half of cup beer
instructions
In a huge pot, heat olive oil, then upload onions and saute till gentle and barely browned. add garlic, pink bell pepper and celery and maintain to cook. while those greens have cooked a couple of minutes, add ground pork and cook dinner and break up with spatula till all cooked and browned. upload spices and cook till fragrant. dump in relaxation of substances and simmer for about an hour (i love to prepare dinner all afternoon and upload water if soup receives too thick).
Serve with shredded sharp cheddar cheese, bitter cream, diced purple bell pepper, chopped avocado, and/or jalapeno slices.
