2- 6 ounce filet mignon
1 cup big mint leaves
three/4 cup sparkling flat leaf parsley
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
half of teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

instructions
take away the filets from the refrigerator and allow to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill.
upload mint and parsley, vinegar, salt and pepper to a food processor. Pulse till the herbs are chopped. With the food processor going for walks, drizzle in the olive oil till clean.

Season the filets liberally on each sides with salt and pepper.
Grill the filets on high for about 5 mins for medium rare, no touching or shifting to get an excellent sear. prepare dinner a little longer for medium. I don't propose any further. turn the steak and repeat.
